What is the first picture that comes to your mind when you hear the word Yoga (International Day of Yoga). Intuitively a person is sitting in some posture, practicing exercise, doing difficult asanas or meditating with closed eyes. All these are parts of yoga, but if someone says that these together or any of these are only one yoga, then it would probably not be correct. The importance of these different practices of body, mind is because they cultivate the body, mind of the person so that the person can attain the higher state of yoga.

International Day of Yoga – Shri Krishna says there is no difference between a Yogi and a Sanyasi

Shri Krishna says that there is no difference between a yogi and a sannyasin. The real purpose of yoga is to make the body healthy by doing various practices of yoga and then to connect yourself with the ultimate by cultivating the mind. Right now the whole world is fascinated by the Vaman form of Yoga which controls, manages and cures diseases, but its great form is that Yoga makes us stable in our nature, in our nature.

Going beyond the benefits of the body, if you wish to attain God, the highest goal of life, then one birth will fall short.

The literal meaning of Yoga is to join and if seen in this form, the result of Yoga is visible everywhere today. Yoga has united almost the entire human race irrespective of different creeds, sects, beliefs and geographical disparities. Although yoga is so simple and concise, anyone can master the necessary exercises for themselves in just a few days, can be a teacher of yoga after training for a few months, but if someone wants to drown in it, that means go beyond the benefits of the body. If you wish to attain God, the highest goal of life, then one birth will fall short.
