House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) had previously issued a subpoena to Wray, requesting the production of FD-1023 forms from June 2020, specifically those containing the word “Biden” and detailing interactions with confidential sources.
Comer asserted that the requested form potentially contains information related to an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national, pertaining to the exchange of money for policy decisions.
