A school bus coach on the M53 motorway in Wirral, Merseyside, overturned, leading to a major incident declaration by the North West Ambulance Service just after 08:00 BST.

Among the 51 individuals involved, one person has been transported to the hospital, while the remaining 50 are receiving treatment at the scene.
The North West Ambulance Service reported that one female patient sustained major trauma-related injuries. Additionally, Calday Grange Grammar School in West Kirby has confirmed that one of their school buses was part of the incident.
